George Weah’s son Timothy scored a record breaking goal against Wales last night
Tim Weah's father George was a former FIFA World Player of the Year, but he never played at a FIFA World Cup.
Last night , his son Tim scored for the USA in a 1-1 draw against Wales. In doing so, he became the first player to score a World Cup goal against Wales since then 17-year-old Pelé, in the 1958 quarter-finals in Sweden.
