The Executive Mayor of the City of Johannesburg, Mpho Phalatse, and MMC for Environment and Infrastructure Services  Michael Sun to launch 41 new Pikitup tipper truck fleet. 

 

As part of pursuing the Multi-Party Government Mayoral Priority number one :” A City that gets the basics right”41 new tipper trucks will be deployed to deal with the scourge of illegal dumping and proactively supplement refuse services as needed by Pikitup to fulfil their mandate to keep the city clean and preserve an attractive and hygienic environment for residents and visitors. 

The Multi-Party Government is continuing to work with City entities to ensure that it follows through on service delivery and its commitments to the 6 million residents of Johannesburg.
