Thebe Magugu, an emerging fashion icon from our shores, recently received the esteemed Franca Sozzani Award from Fashion4Development at the United Nations General Assembly Week in New York.

Thebe Magugu, a rising force in the fashion world, was recently bestowed with the prestigious Franca Sozzani Award by Fashion4Development during the United Nations General Assembly Week in New York. 

Coming from a township in South Africa, Magugu broke free from the notion that success in the fashion industry was exclusive to major fashion capitals.
