THE GRAMMYS ARE COMING: A Look at the Nominees and Performers for the 65th Annual Awards

Hosted again, by our very own Trevor Noah. The 65th Annual GRAMMY Awards are just around the corner, and music fans all over the world are eagerly waiting to see who will take home the coveted awards.

This year's nominees include some of the biggest names in the music industry, from pop sensations to hip-hop icons to country superstars. 

One of the most highly anticipated nominees is none other than the Queen herself, Beyoncè, who has received nominations in several categories including Album of the Year for her hit record "RENAISSANCE," and Song of the Year for her hit single "BREAK MY SOUL." Beyoncè has had a successful year, with "RENAISSANCE" debuting at number one on the Billboard 200 chart and earning critical acclaim.


Another artist who has received multiple nominations is Adele, who is nominated for Album of the Year for her hit record "30," and Best Pop Vocal Album. Adele has had a breakout year, with "30" becoming one of the most successful albums of the year and her hit single "Easy On Me" reaching number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

In the hip-hop category, nominees include Kendrick Lamar for his hit album "Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers," and DJ Khaled for his album "GOD DID." Both artists have had a successful year, with "Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers" debuting at number one on the Billboard 200 chart and "GOD DID" receiving critical acclaim.


In the country category, nominees include Luke Combs for his hit album "Growin’ Up" Best Country Song for "Doin’ This," and Miranda Lambert for her album "Palomino". Combs and Lambert have both had successful years, with "Growin’" becoming the best-selling country album of the year and "Palomino" receiving critical acclaim.

In addition to the nominees, the 65th Annual Grammy Awards will also feature a star-studded lineup of performers. Confirmed performers include Lizzo, Mary J. Blige, Bad Bunny, and Sam Smith, among others. 


The 65th Annual Grammy Awards promises to be a night filled with incredible music and unforgettable moments. Whether you're a fan of pop, hip-hop, country, or any other genre, there's something for everyone to enjoy. The show will take place at the Crypto.com Arena (formerly the Staples Centre), and will be broadcast live on CBS on February 5, 2023, so don't miss out on the biggest night in music!
