Efmamjjasond Gonzáles Palacios becomes Amakhosi's latest signing

Kaizer Chiefs have announced the signing of Colombian striker Efmamjjasond Gonzáles Palacios.
Upon announcing their latest acquisition, Amakhosi released a statement alluding that Gonzáles is expected to arrive in South Africa soon.
"With the season already underway, Kaizer Chiefs continue to bolster their squad by announcing the signing of Efmamjjasond Gonzáles Palacios from Colombia, as they prepare to compete strongly in 2023/24.
The forward, simply known as Jasond González, is the second player from Colombia to sign for Amakhosi, he joins the team a year after his fellow countryman, Leonardo Castro, departed South Africa.
González, who was plying his trade in the Bolivian Primera Division for Real Santa Cruz, is expected to arrive in South Africa soon to start his career as a Glamour Boy," the statement read.
Having scored eight goals in his first 11 games for Real Santa Cruz, there’s real optimism that the towering striker can help remedy Chiefs’ goalscoring concerns this season along with Ranga Chivaviro and Christian Saile.
The Glamour Boys will next face TS Galaxy in the DStv Premiership on Sunday the 20th of August at the Mbombela Stadium.
