"It would be great to see Ndumiso Mabena in action" - Tebogo Moloi

Orlando Pirates Legend Tebogo Moloi has stated that it is now time for Jose Riviero to play Ndumiso Mabena.

Orlando Pirates play Marumo Gallants in the DSTV Premiership match on Saturday night at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium in North West.

Coming from a convincing 4-1 victory against Stellenbosch FC, Moloi believes that Pirates has what it takes to defeat Marumo Gallants despite the match being an away game for Jose Riviero's side.

"It will not be an easy match for Pirates because firstly the pitch at Royal Bafokeng is too high and it will require them to work twice as hard, another factor will be the heat even though the match is going to play in the evening", Moloi says.

Moloi furthermore alluded that the back-to-back victories Pirates have enjoyed in the past two matches have lifted the team and there is now a glimmer of hope that the Buccaneers will qualify for the CAF Champions League next season.

"With the MTN 8 already in the bag, we need another trophy to close off the season in a better position, I would fancy Pirates to add the Nedbank Cup to the trophy cabinet this season and also qualify for the CAF Champions League because we haven't qualified for quite some time now and that has to change" Moloi added.

The veteran midfielder has also been impressed by the form Kermit Erasmus is in, "it is good to see Kermit scoring goals and I have noticed that when he is having a great game it automatically rubs off the other teammates, I would also like to see Ndumiso Mabena being included in the team since he came back,  because he is one player that is for the big matches, these last few matches of the league need someone like Mabena, he is a top player.

While on the contrary Dan Malesela's side will look to cause an upset and break their 7 matches winless run.
